Disenchantment With . . .

———-oOo———-

Thinking is always based upon the past. It’s always based on your experience. And that’s usually considered good—to be able to base your actions on experience. “Oh, he’s had a lot of experience and it shows in everything he does.” “He’s excellent in his work and it’s a result of his experience.” You see? But I’m going to tell you something: Your experience has always been colored by or based in learning that reflects not being joined with your right Mind.

Your experience in the world, in life as its generally perceived, is a result of being conscious of events without realizing that they have a connection with God—with a Prime Mover of pure intelligence. Not only that, that the Prime Mover acts always in the “Now,” and therefore the experience is always brand new and never based upon the past.

Without that conscious awareness, the Reality of what one is experiencing is lost, and what one is left with is illusion—is memory imbued with, colored with, nothing but misunderstanding and misperception.

You see, becoming disenchanted with your thinking means something significant. And you end up, in your disenchantment with your thinking, in a place where you can experience no self-appreciation because of your thinking—something which for most every one of you has been a source of pride and has lent you credibility and recognition. Oh yes, “He, she, you have quite a bit of experience, and it shows, and you’re to be honored, and you’re to be respected because you don’t base things on your imagination, but rather on your experience.”

Now it’s time for the word “experience” to mean something new. It’s time for the word “experience” to mean what happens when you’re in the Silence and you are not asserting a personal private intent or sense of self. And in the absence of a sense of self, but the presence of Mind that you Are, Truth is revealed to you. Clarity comes. Behavior arises out of It—not out of your best thinking, not out of your best judgment, not out of your vast experience. And that behavior arising out of the absence of personal private self-assertion provides you with an experience of what your right Mind truly is: the Holy Spirit, the Presence of the Mind of God Being all there is to the Presence of Mind that you Are.

An aspect of abundance is trusting that you will always know what you need to know, when you need to know it. This means that you, personally are not required to know ANYTHING! – in the sense of stored manna. Trust is the power – or rather the condition in which power aligns and unites all things true to the active desire. Trying to do it our ‘self’ or the belief and attempt to, is the expression of a distrust and fear in our adequacy to be present as a part of the perfection of the movement of experience. But only because we believe we have the power to f*** up! – and an evil or selfish will that will persist in f******* up anything we do. So hence this clench of withdrawal of presence and trust and the heavily armoured attempt to do manually what would come naturally.
But the physically focused personality structure is totally incapable of actually carrying out the functions of the Higher mind – let alone the Soul Consciousness!

Spirit will use all that is in our mind to teach us about the true nature of Mind – so our past experience is in a sense given over or opened up to be used. Such that you can read a transcript of Raj’s sharing and recognize you are communing with Higher Self – Yours. (Not that ‘Yours’ is in any way confining or separating you from All).

… and to base our experience on an imagination instead of the beliefs and investments of a past learning is to embrace a creative imagination that is inseparable from our being.
Imagination that expresses belief and investment is not without power – but an imagined disconnection or invalidation of self uses such power to render powerless.
To be safely trusting my own imagination is to be aligned only with a present and presence of loving.

Brian, I would not call the Mind we encounter when we do the two-step and enter the Silence our “imagination.” In fact, a lot of the ways we misuse our mind comes from imagining what is not really there. The use of the word imagination in this context confuses me….Are you really trusting your own imagination or are you trusting your Right Mind? I realize you are responding to the line “He, she, you have quite a bit of experience, and it shows, and you’re to be honored, and you’re to be respected because you don’t base things on your imagination, but rather on your experience.” It seems to imply that we need to stop appreciating our experience and base things on our imagination.
Perhaps, Raj, you could clarify this for us.

      • Brian Steere says:

What is Infinite Mind without a perfectly free imagination?
Imagination and curiosity can be said to have ’caused the trouble’, and as a result the power of the mind has been suppressed to almost a trickle : our so called waking consciousness.
Imagination is the creative play of asking and being answered as one – BECAUSE You Are One! But in asking for what You are NOT, you set your mind in an imagination that rules you – literally with rules.
In the surface world of apparently rational manipulations serving coercive agendas, imagination is almost disregarded and used as an invalidating term with regard for Reality, yet this surface ‘reality’ has it upside down and back to front!
The difference is that of an idle or unwatched drifting mind and an on purpose deliberate act. For of all that you can imagine being, only that which resonates within the truth of you is YOURS to share. If you take in what does not belong to you, it will teach you that you are what you are not, and you will experience this as real for you.
So imagination is an area of the mind that is powerful beyond belief – yet only what you choose to belief has power for you.
So choose wisely, in the heart and on purpose, for all thought has effect at some level. The fearful cant see that this means to trust yourself and let your playful curious innocence extend as your actions and appreciations.

Imagination is a hidden power in all kinds of ways that the ‘independent rational personality’ likes to take the credit for.
Imaging, is what mind does, but to take any image of reality and make a god of it is to adulterate and lose clarity of appreciation.
Self image is a component in every thing we think.

As a self-separating sense of power, your imagination is enslaved to self-seeking, but in the reintegration to your Holy Spirit, your whole-mindedness is free to Create – Consciousness Includes you – but what you thought was all of you is a function within the Whole Consciousness You Are.
Restored to our function, restores all to full functionality. Imagination is essentially creative – but to be safe, check in at the heart – with the two-step. The only way to grow trust is to lean into the Divine by living out in trust. Imagination is the direct movement of your asking and answer. What Is the Mind You Share with God?
Currently, our ‘leaders’ cannot imagine a future excepting one of fear, poverty and conflict.
It is up to us each and all, to imagine our future and not give this power away any more. Imagining is something we participate in with integrity and desire and from which we can then set forth in purpose with clarity and the courage of passion and conviction. But it’s not enough to imagine if one cant believe it, commit to it and act as if it is true.
What one is sharing is what one is imagining and believing and committing to – and is part of our co-creating the world we share.
Rulers do not want you to know and claim the power that they want you to give them. And while you make yourself afraid through the ungrounded use of imagination, you want something or someone outside you to keep you safe.

Thankyou for your joining with me.

Thank you for this re-clarification, Raj. ( I wonder where I was the first time you said this since I read the transcripts at least twice.) It is actually a relief to know that I don’t have to rely on the past experience…especially if I don’t have any for a particular situation. I’m often afraid I will say/do the wrong thing. I forget all I have to do is ask. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
