The Blessing of the Holy Instant

“In your abandonment of the concept of yourself as a body, as a mortal, as an organism in a physical universe, the divineness of you that has always been present underneath those mistaken self-beliefs becomes illuminated to you.  And in their illumination from the holiness of you, from the eternal in you, they are shared.

That’s the blessing of the holy instant.  That’s the function of the holy instant.  It reunites that which was always One as the conscious experience of All — from which nothing was withheld — and your invulnerability and peace and joy are irrevocably present.

This is the point!  And the way to this experience is in abandoning the belief that the body is valuable for what it offers — for what use you can put it to without knowing who you Are and without finding God anywhere in anything.”

  3. Miguel Carvalho says:

    Before Adam was, I Am
    still as God created me,
    so not a body
    a little space-time congealed
to get, to do, to hold, to kill.
    I remember
and this instant is made holy
    and now blesses all.

    Thank You Paul/Raj/All.

  4. Fran law says:

Coincidence? Don’t think so. This morning, I looked at my toothpaste, toothbrush and mirror (and much, much more) and gave thanks to God for BEING them for me right NOW! God meets our ‘need’ in every moment. Every single thing we look at is God…there is nothing else…no spot where God is not. I was so deeply grateful to experience this and am keeping it up right now as I type on God (keyboard) and look at this screen (God)…all needs met/fulfilled ‘in the moment’ we are in. Love you…Pauline
